And more about potty
The other day hubby was in changing the 'morning diaper' and asked if D wanted to go potty in the big boy toilet. D: "NO, I go now" and peed all over his comforter. Again-thanks Dad for cleaning that one up! And great job missing the flow :)

Pool Potty-I mean PARTY, right?!?
NO. I mean potty. Poop, to be exact. I thought that we were not going to put up the big pool this summer and thought to myself that we just had to have a pool. So I went and bought a little one for the boys to play in. Well, on the maiden voyage of said pool, D decided he would "christen" it. Not actually in the pool (thankfully) but right outside of it.
Scenario: We are getting ready to go in the house. L says that he needs to go potty. D (always ready to do whatever brother does) says "I poopy". Hubby and I look at each other with the "Ew. This is going to be messy" since there was not a diaper in those swim trunks. We ask "Did you poop your trunks?" "No, poopy right there" as he points to the side of the pool.
Totally hilarious!! So glad is was not in his pants!! Thanks Dad for cleaning that one up :)

Camping Out
The boys have a little play tent that was set up Friday night. So much fun was had setting up their “campsite”. And, in true camping fashion, they woke with the sun at 6am. Hit the movies on Saturday and saw Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs. D did not do so well this time around, he was aware of all the lights in the ceiling, anyone walking past, anything but the movie. It was not so great. I am going with the fact that we watch the 1st 2 movies at home so often that he thought it was just one of those. Yep. Totally what I am going with.
Then, Saturday night they were being ornery and as punishment I took the tent down. You would have thought I was chopping off their legs. I compromised and got them to behave for a few solid hours and set it back up. Whew-disaster narrowly averted.
Sunday brought some anxiety as daddy was not home from his camping trip and the boys were ready for some daddy time. But they only had me, so I took them to McDonalds for lunch.
It was back in there beds Sunday night-trust me, it was an adventure in itself. The tent is still up-for now!
