So Lo was asking question after question and counting them along the way...at question #12 dad was getting a bit annoyed and said that if he asked 13 questions Lo would have to go to bed.
"ok, this is the 2nd half of question #12..."
We were speechless. We had just been outdone by our 6 year old.

Because being Nice matters
So I am heating up the oven to cook *pizza* and D wants to see. Usually he just turns on the light and looks. Nope. Not this time. He starts pushing all the buttons. I am downstairs and all I hear are the beeps. I run and see that he is almost ready to set the self cleaning. GREAT!
I tell him he needs to leave the kitchen.
"Why, I'm being nice."
True, cleaning the oven would be nice...I guess.

More than just the Superbowl
So, it's been a long journey, but we finally have a little bit of success. Sunday D wore real undies all day.
Highlight of the day was when looked at me "I have to poop" I scooped him up and ran into the bathroom. Onto the toilet -literally-not a moment too soon.
PLOP.
WAHOO! In celebration D was able to get his new toy he picked out a few weeks back for this very occasion.
Now if we could only get him to go at daycare...that's a battle for another time.

Six...it's a pisser
The fits that Lo is having are. Awful. & About. Anything. This morning it was because he wanted to wear a hoodie to school instead of his coat. It's 36* and raining. We tell him he has to wear his coat. He runs. Literally. Into the living room away from us. I flip out. He wore his coat today. We both cried.
